Thank you for choosing BROXTY. We are dedicated to providing reliable, tracked worldwide shipping for tattoo artists and studios globally.

1. Processing Time

  • All orders are processed and verified within 48 business hours (Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, excluding weekends and official holidays).

  • Orders placed during weekends or public holidays will be dispatched on the following business day.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We partner with established international logistics carriers (e.g., DHL Express, FedEx, UPS, USPS, and dedicated line couriers):

  • Standard Tracked Delivery: 9 – 12 Business Days (Rates calculated at checkout based on destination)

  • Free Shipping Threshold: We offer FREE Standard Tracked Shipping on all eligible orders over $100.00 USD.

Note: Delivery timeframes are transit estimates. Actual transit times may vary slightly due to peak seasonal volume, weather conditions, or local customs procedures.

3. Tracking Your Shipment

As soon as your package has been handed over to the courier, an automated Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number and tracking link will be sent to the email provided at checkout. You can monitor the progress of your shipment 24/7.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International shipments may be subject to import duties, local taxes, or customs clearance fees once the shipment arrives in the destination country. These statutory charges are regulated by local government authorities and are the responsibility of the recipient.

5. Address Changes & Undeliverable Orders

Please review your shipping details carefully prior to completing checkout. If an error is noticed, contact us within 1 hour of placing the order at support@broxty.com. Once an order has entered fulfillment or dispatch, shipping addresses cannot be modified.
